Hydraulic Press
This is our hydraulic press machine, used for pressing laminated plywood to ensure strong bonding and a smooth, durable finish.
Through controlled pressure, the machine compresses layers of plywood and laminate, resulting in strong, reliable boards ready for cabinet fabrication.
We Accept Lamination Jobs for:
- Formica sheets
- High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) sheets
Minifix Boring
This is our Minifix Boring Machine, used to drill precise holes for minifix connectors—commonly used in modular cabinets and furniture.
We use this machine in producing client cabinets, ensuring that every hole is:
- ✔️ Accurate and aligned
- ✔️ Clean (no chipping)
- ✔️ Ready for easy assembly

Sanding Machine
This is our industrial sanding machine, used to smooth and refine the surface of boards for a clean and professional finish.
At Saiyna, we use this machine in preparing materials for client cabinets and furniture, ensuring every board is:
- ✔️ Smooth and even
- ✔️ Free from rough surfaces
- ✔️ Ready for lamination or final finishing
For Formica/HPL lamination:
✅ Sands the plywood, MDF, or particle board substrate to make it flat and smooth.
✅ Removes surface imperfections, dust, and minor unevenness.
✅ Ensures the contact adhesive, PUR, or EVA glue bonds properly.
✅ Helps prevent bubbles, poor adhesion, and uneven laminate surfaces.
In the lamination process
- Wide Belt Sanding – Prepares the wood panel.
- Apply Adhesive – Contact cement, PUR, PVA, or another suitable adhesive is applied.
- Lay the Laminate – Position the Formica or HPL sheet on the panel.
- Hydraulic/Cold Press – Applies even pressure to achieve a strong, durable bond.
- Trim & Edge Band – Finish the panel for installation.
